Solar that stays on after handover

Scheduled maintenance, fault response, spares and training for the systems we install and the ones we didn't, from engineers based in Sudan, Nigeria and Egypt.

After-Sales Support

Support that lives where the systems do

A solar system in a remote clinic is only as good as the person who can reach it when it stops. MIMAH keeps its own engineers in-country, holds replacement inverters, batteries and panels in stock in Sudan, and buys directly from the manufacturers, so a fault becomes a visit, not a shipping wait.

The largest programme we look after today is 110 health facilities across six Sudanese states, installed in 2025 and now on a scheduled maintenance calendar, with a signed report for every visit. The same routine is available for any solar or hybrid system, whoever installed it.

After Handover

Six things we take care of

Scheduled preventive maintenance

Planned visits on a fixed calendar, typically twice a year, each one closed with a checklist signed on site.

Fault response and repairs

Diagnosis and repair by our own engineers, with parts from the stock we hold in-country.

Spares and replacement equipment

Inverters, batteries, panels and pump kits kept in Sudan, so a failed unit is swapped, not waited for.

Warranty handling

We buy directly from the manufacturers and run warranty claims with them on your behalf.

Reports you can audit

Before-and-after photos, inverter readings and a signed checklist for every visit, delivered as one report per site.

Training for site staff

Handover training for facility technicians, so daily checks happen without waiting for us.

What a maintenance visit includes

  • Photograph the inverter display with the system running: power, voltage, currents and battery state.
  • Clean the panels, the cabinets and the equipment room.
  • Check every connection, cable and conduit, and the battery and inverter condition against the checklist.
  • Repeat the photos, record the readings, and have the site representative sign the checklist.
  • Compile one report per site, with the photos, and send it to the client.

When something fails

Tell us by phone, WhatsApp or the form below, with the site name and what the system is doing. We log the fault, the nearest engineer takes it, and the repair closes with the same report as a scheduled visit. If a part is under warranty, we handle the claim with the manufacturer.

From handover to steady state

Every defect noted at handover goes on a shared snag list and stays there until it is fixed and documented. Where a site needs a safety upgrade after commissioning, such as a fireman's switch, we fit it across the programme, not one site at a time. We work to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, certified until March 2029.
