Privacy Policy

Who we are
MIMAH Limited (“MIMAH”, “we”, “us”) is an engineering and energy services company registered in England and Wales, with its head office in London, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website, mimah.net. You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@mimah.net.
What we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us:
- Enquiry and contact forms — your name, email address, phone number, company, and the content of your message.
- Email correspondence — anything you send to our published email addresses.
Our website analytics are privacy-focused and self-hosted: they do not use cookies, do not track you across other sites, and record only aggregated usage statistics (pages visited, referral source, country, device type). We cannot identify individual visitors from this data.
How we use your data
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals you have requested, and manage our business relationship with you. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us, or the steps necessary to enter into a contract with you. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Sharing and transfers
Your data is accessible to MIMAH staff who need it to handle your enquiry, including colleagues in our offices outside the United Kingdom. We also use trusted service providers to host this website and our email. Where personal data leaves the UK, we take steps to ensure it receives an equivalent standard of protection.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, after which it is deleted. If your enquiry does not lead to further engagement, we delete the related data within 24 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@mimah.net. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
