Compressor Control Panel Upgrade

The control panel system for the 13K01/K02 process compressors at a Nigerian industrial facility had deteriorated beyond reliable service. These compressors perform a critical function in the plant's process chain, and the failure of their control panels left operators without automated protection and control — increasing the risk of compressor damage and unplanned process shutdowns.

MIMAH was engaged to supply and upgrade the compressor control panels, restoring full automated control, monitoring, and protection to both compressor units. The upgrade programme is ongoing, with the new panels designed to provide improved diagnostics and enhanced protection logic that exceeds the capability of the original installation.
